Job Overview
This role executes technical delivery for a defined scope of projects or products, ensuring solutions align with established architectural standards and patterns. It applies and adapts known techniques to address moderately complex or novel challenges within its domain. The role collaborates with product, operations, and business partners to understand needs and translate them into system specifications and designs. It contributes to user acceptance testing, implementation support, and early defect resolution to help ensure successful deployments. The position supports continuous improvement by suggesting incremental enhancements to processes and solutions.
Accountabilities
1. Execute Technical Delivery for Scoped Work Implements technical components within a defined functional or system area according to design specifications and standards. Configures, develops, or integrates solution elements under guidance from senior technical staff where needed. Ensures work products are complete, accurate, and ready for testing.
2. Apply Established Techniques to Moderately Complex Issues Uses established tools, patterns, and methods to address moderately complex technical or process problems. Evaluates multiple options within known approaches and selects those that best fit requirements and constraints. Escalates issues that require architectural or cross-domain decisions.
3. Translate Requirements into Detailed Specifications Participates in workshops and discussions to understand business processes and requirements within their scope. Documents detailed functional and technical specifications, including data mappings, rules, and configuration details. Ensures specifications are clear, testable, and aligned with broader solution designs.
4. Support Testing and Implementation Activities Prepares and executes test cases for user acceptance testing within the assigned scope, capturing results and logging defects. Collaborates with functional and technical teams to reproduce issues and validate fixes. Supports implementation tasks such as data checks, configuration validation, and post-go-live issue resolution.
5. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Partners Works closely with product, operations, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, constraints, and expected outcomes. Communicates progress, issues, and dependencies in a clear and timely manner. Incorporates feedback into technical work to improve solution fit and usability.
