Shifts
- Current hiring need is on 2nd shift (Monday–Friday 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM) and 3rd shift (Monday - Friday 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM)
- Flexibility to work alternate shifts, weekends, overtime, and holidays is required
- Schedule assignments upon hire are determined by plant needs

Summary
Join our maintenance team at Hershey’s state-of-the-art fulfillment center in Annville, PA. The facility plays a critical role in strategic growth, leveraging advanced technology and expanding capabilities for customer growth. Work with Hershey leadership and 3PL partners to maintain equipment reliability and drive innovation.
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and monitor electrical and mechanical automated systems
- Complete accurate, timely, and thorough job documentation
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical diagrams
- Maintain continuous system operation and respond to machine alarms
- Collaborate with external suppliers and internal teams
- Cross-train peers and update system manuals
- Serve as Hershey Maintenance representative on the production floor
- Propose and implement corrective actions and continuous improvements
- Utilize SAP for maintenance tasks and documentation
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
- 3–5+ years of maintenance experience in military or industrial settings, ideally within complex manufacturing environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical & electrical)
- Familiarity with Allen Bradley PLCs and Studio 5000 (preferred)
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems
- Associate’s Degree or Technical Certificate in Mechatronics or related field (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with a team and perform physical tasks
- Requires successful completion of pre-employment skills assessments
