Sign-On Bonus: Up to $4000

 

Pay Rates

 

  • $41.00 per hour
  • $1.00 per hour shift premium for 2nd and/or 3rd shift

Shifts

 

  • Current hiring need is on 2nd shift (Monday–Friday 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM) and 3rd shift (Monday - Friday 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM)
  • Flexibility to work alternate shifts, weekends, overtime, and holidays is required
  • Schedule assignments upon hire are determined by plant needs

Summary

 

Join our maintenance team at Hershey’s state-of-the-art fulfillment center in Annville, PA. The facility plays a critical role in strategic growth, leveraging advanced technology and expanding capabilities for customer growth. Work with Hershey leadership and 3PL partners to maintain equipment reliability and drive innovation.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Install, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and monitor electrical and mechanical automated systems
  • Complete accurate, timely, and thorough job documentation
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical diagrams
  • Maintain continuous system operation and respond to machine alarms
  • Collaborate with external suppliers and internal teams
  • Cross-train peers and update system manuals
  • Serve as Hershey Maintenance representative on the production floor
  • Propose and implement corrective actions and continuous improvements
  • Utilize SAP for maintenance tasks and documentation

 

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

 

  • 3–5+ years of maintenance experience in military or industrial settings, ideally within complex manufacturing environments
  • Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical & electrical)
  • Familiarity with Allen Bradley PLCs and Studio 5000 (preferred)
  • Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems
  • Associate’s Degree or Technical Certificate in Mechatronics or related field (preferred)
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with a team and perform physical tasks
  • Requires successful completion of pre-employment skills assessments
