How will you fit in the big picture?

As a Manager, Category Management Advisor, you will serve as a strategic partner to key retail customers, helping shape category growth through insights, analytics, and forward-thinking strategies. You will play a vital role in influencing merchandising decisions, driving category performance, and strengthening Hershey’s position as a trusted advisor.
You will join a high-performing, collaborative team that leverages data, shopper insights, and market trends to unlock growth opportunities and deliver meaningful impact for both Hershey and our retail partners.

Accountabilities

1. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with retail customers to align category strategies with their business objectives and profit goals This supports effective execution and alignment with organizational standards.

5. Prior Experience

Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Category Management, Sales Strategy, or related CPG roles
  • Proven ability to analyze data and convert insights into business recommendations
  • Experience working with syndicated data sources (e.g., Circana, Nielsen, or similar)
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with analytical and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) preferred
