Job Overview

This role executes and coordinates technical work related to installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair of manufacturing and utility systems. They own assigned recurring processes and lead small technical efforts using established methods. The role performs moderately complex diagnostics and provides data to support decision-making. They collaborate with operators and technicians to resolve issues. Their work directly supports equipment reliability and production effectiveness.

Accountabilities

1. Execute Assigned Technical Work The Analyst completes defined maintenance, repair, and calibration tasks using proper tools and procedures. They apply judgment in selecting methods within approved boundaries. This ensures safe, accurate task execution. 2. Own Recurring Processes They manage recurring work such as specific PM routes or inspection cycles. The Analyst ensures results meet quality and performance criteria. This ownership maintains equipment reliability. 3. Troubleshoot Moderately Complex Issues They gather data, apply structured methods, and resolve moderately complex issues. Issues beyond their authority are escalated. This reduces downtime and improves cycle time. 4. Support Small Technical Initiatives They complete assigned tasks within small improvement projects. They validate changes and document outcomes. These contributions improve technical operations. 5. Communicate Technical Findings They communicate results and observations to peers and leaders. Insights are shared to support planning and corrective actions. This improves visibility and coordination.
