Day shift available

12-hour shifts (7am-7pm)

Working 3-4 days/week (One week: Sun, Wed, Thurs Next week: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat). This is a 2-2-3 schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off rotation)

Job Summary
Responsible for performing hourly control tests, inspections of random samples of finished products, pre-operational inspections and swabbing to ensure cleanliness of lines.
Essential Functions/Duties and Responsibilities

Ability to check all of the following

Oven exit & finishing moisture
-
Salt contents, color, P.H.
-
Count per pound
-
Breakage and length
-
Bag, label, case count and bag weight checks
-
Metal detection checks as required
-
Collection of samples for Micro Testing

Completion of COA paperwork
-
Pre-operational inspections of line
-
Swabbing using ATP, AllerSnap, and AllerFlow swabs
-
Sanitation of lab and equipment
-
Enter test results into computer as required
-
Adhering to all GMP’s, both personal and operational
Qualifications
-
High School Diploma or GED
-
1-3 months related experience
-
Basic Data Entry
-
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure

HACCP Qualified
Physical Demands and Work Environment
-
Stand, walk, climb, and reach with both hands and arms, bend and twist.
-
Agility of both hands and all fingers to push, pull, grasp, touch and feel.

Visual acuity and hand/eye coordination.

Talk/communicate and hear.
