Summary

 

The Category Consultant serves as a strategic advisor to Sales Partners, Kroger KDMs, and internal Hershey stakeholders. This role is responsible for driving topline and net sales growth by analyzing category trends, identifying customer opportunities, and delivering data-driven recommendations grounded in shopper insights and P&L strategies. Acting as the category expert, this position partners cross-functionally to co-create strategies that strengthen overall category performance.

Accountabilities

1. Analyze and share customer and shopper research with retail partners to inform category planning and reviews This supports effective execution and alignment with organizational standards.
2. Collaborate with retailers to develop tailored promotional and product placement strategies that align with their customer base This supports effective execution and alignment with organizational standards.
