How will you fit in the big picture?
As Principal Product Manager within Supply Chain Data Analytics, you will lead data-centric products and programs that improve operational efficiency and deliver strategic insights. You will connect supply chain, business, and technical priorities, strengthen data quality and governance, and turn advanced analytics and AI opportunities into measurable value for a global organization.
What will you do?
• Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with supply chain, business, and technical goals.
• Manage data products and programs from initiation through delivery, including timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and outcomes.
• Use agile practices to guide sprint planning, maintain the backlog, write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and make prioritization decisions.
• Build strong partnerships across Supply Chain, IT, and business teams to understand needs and integrate data solutions effectively.
• Establish and reinforce data governance practices that support data quality, accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Translate data into actionable insights through reporting, dashboards, advanced analytics, and AI solutions that support strategic decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain performance through customer-focused problem solving, process improvement, and data-driven innovation.
Minimum Education & Requirements
Minimum Requirements
• Deep knowledge of product management, product technology, and architecture, with strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills, including market research, journey mapping, business analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
• Expertise in data management principles, data governance frameworks, and data quality practices.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools; familiarity with supply chain systems and processes is preferred.
• Ability to align product strategy with long-term business goals and communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience in data management, data analysis, or related roles, including at least 3 years in product management or a leadership capacity. Experience in supply chain or consumer packaged goods is highly preferred.
Education: MBA strongly preferred, with an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
