Job Overview

This role supports foundational EHS activities including basic assessments, safety checks, and documentation. It performs routine processes related to workplace and environmental safety under general supervision. The role helps maintain compliance by tracking data, preparing materials, and supporting investigations and audits. It builds fundamental EHS capabilities through practical application of procedures.

Accountabilities

1. Assist with EHS Program Tasks Supports execution of environmental and safety activities following established procedures. Maintains documentation required for compliance and reporting. Provides administrative support to program leaders.
2. Perform Routine Risk Checks Conducts basic hazard identification using defined checklists and tools. Documents conditions requiring review or follow-up. Communicates observations to responsible team members.
3. Support Safety Audits Assists in routine audits by gathering information and completing inspection forms. Identifies obvious gaps and reports them to the audit lead. Helps track audit follow-up items.
4. Provide Incident Investigation Support Collects initial information and documentation needed for incident reviews. Follows standardized processes to support analysis. Ensures accurate preparation of investigation files.
5. Support EHS Training Activities Helps prepare training materials and facilitates communication of safety messages. Ensures employees receive required information. Tracks participation and completion using established tools.
