Position Requirements

- Work experience: Previous experience in mass recruitment, both for operational and administrative positions, with a focus on attracting and selecting talent.
- Skills: Skill in managing sources of attraction and recruitment strategies, including the use of social networks to attract talent.
- Knowledge: Knowledge and mastery of the best practices in recruitment and selection, as well as the tools and technologies used in the hiring process.
- Experience in high-volume processes: Proven experience in high-volume hiring processes, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidates efficiently.
Position Responsibilities
The professional who holds this position will be responsible for:
- Recruitment and selection: Carry out the recruitment and selection of personnel to fill vacancies in the company, ensuring that the selected candidates meet the requirements and expectations of the position.
- Identification of recruitment sources: Identify effective recruitment sources and innovative strategies to attract talent, including the use of social networks and other recruiting tools.
- Coordination of interviews: Coordinate and execute interviews with potential candidates, evaluating their skills and experience in relation to the requirements of the position.
- Documentation management: Manage the documentation necessary for the hiring process, including background checks and the preparation of employment contracts.
- Collaboration with other departments: Collaborate with other company departments, such as training and development, to ensure that new employees receive the necessary induction and support to perform their roles effectively.
