How will you fit in the big picture?

You will lead the LATAM Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) model, translating customer demand, point-of-sale insights and commercial plans into timely supply chain actions. Through data analysis and close partnership with customers, Sales, Demand Planning and Customer Service, you will help improve in-stock performance, fill rate, inventory health and sales while building a more efficient value chain.

What will you do?

  • Integrate CPFR KPIs, customer objectives, marketing strategies, promotional calendars, modular execution, sell-in/sell-out, innovation, seasonal activity and discontinuations into replenishment and forecast recommendations.
  • Align Hershey forecasts with commercial strategy and customer demand, balancing pull and push approaches to reduce out-of-stocks and excess inventory.
  • Optimize replenishment plans by evaluating store and distribution-center inventory, lead times, ordering policies, safety stock and handling requirements.
  • Identify and communicate short-term forecast, inventory and order-fulfillment risks; partner across functions to resolve challenges for everyday, seasonal and promotional demand.
  • Represent Hershey with customer replenishment and category teams, recommend replenishment-setting changes, and develop actionable reporting on replenishment, days on hand, sell-in, sell-out and in-stock performance.

Minimum Requirements

Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in CPFR, forecasting, replenishment, customer supply chain, demand planning or a related CPG environment. Demonstrated ability to use data and KPIs to improve service, inventory and order-fulfillment outcomes.
