HR Analyst
Position Title: HR Learning and Communication Analyst
Reports to Title: Mgr Strategic Business & Talent Partnr
Dept / Function: Human Resources
Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco
Summary:
This role will offer support to commercial functions within the entire HR team, including the commercial leadership team and functional process leaders in the Hershey Mx business. This role will be instrumental in driving employee engagement, development, and communication within our commercial area. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development initiatives as well as crafting and delivering effective communication strategies.
Major duties:
Learning and Development:
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and opportunities within the commercial team.
• Design and develop engaging training programs, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, and blended learning solutions.
• Deliver training sessions to a diverse audience, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
• Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs to identify areas for improvement.
• Communication:
• Develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
• Campaign Development: Develop and execute compelling internal campaigns to drive employee engagement, motivation, and behavior change.
• Create compelling communication materials, such as newsletters, presentations, and videos.
• Manage internal social media platforms and other communication channels.
• Organize and facilitate team meetings, workshops, and other communication events.
• Content Creation: Create high-quality communication materials, including newsletters, presentations, and videos.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including commercial leaders and HR partners, to align communication strategies with business objectives.
Knowledge, skills and abilities required:
- Proven experience desining campaigns
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other HR technology tools.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Development, HR or a related field.
Experience:
Experience in the food and beverage industry.
Certification in training and development or instructional design.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Experience with performance management systems.
