Summary
The Insights Specialist plays a key role in driving data-informed decision-making across the organization. This position is responsible for delivering timely and actionable market intelligence and brand performance insights to key stakeholders. The role supports brand, trade, and innovation strategies through deep analysis, research execution, and budget oversight, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives
Responsibilities:
• Deliver periodic and relevant market and brand performance reports to stakeholders.
• Translate different sets of data, both internal and external cues into clear, compelling narratives and visualizations for diverse audiences across all organization levels.
• Design and execution of a Research Learning Plan aligned with business priorities and strategic goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, commercial, innovation, and finance teams to integrate insights into business planning.
• Identify and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
• Partner with external research agencies to commission and manage qualitative and quantitative studies.
• Promote democratization of data by periodically updating information tools, and boosting user’s training and use among the organization.
• Manage and monitor assigned budget, ensuring efficient allocation and use of resources.

• Stakeholder management and influencing skills
o Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data sets.
o Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and Excel.
o Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal.
o Familiarity with budget management tasks (e.g., Purchase Requisition, Invoice Approval, Vendor Support)
Resilience, tolerance of frustration, ability to work in fast-paced environments
o Strong project management and organizational skills.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience
2-4 years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or business intelligence roles.
Proven experience in managing quantitative and qualitative research projects
Having worked for a Research agency is a plus
Proven experience in working with syndicated data sources (e.g., Nielsen, ISCAM, Euromonitor, Innova).
Experience in the FMCG, retail, or consumer goods industry.
