How will you fit in the big picture?

The PMO Coordinator plays a key role in the continued success of Hershey’s Enterprise Modernization Transformation (EMT) program. Partnering closely with the EMT Governance Manager, you will help drive program governance, system administration, continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, and performance insights that enable strategic decision-making across the organization. 

This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate across Strategy, Capital, Information Systems, and business teams while helping shape the future of Hershey’s modernization journey.

What will you do?

Administer and maintain the EMT project portfolio management system, ensuring data integrity, user support, reporting accuracy, and effective project tracking. Support program planning, enhancement intake, prioritization activities, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and deliver impactful communications, including program updates, governance meeting materials, and executive presentations. Maintain and improve program documentation, training materials, technical specifications, and knowledge repositories. Analyze program performance metrics and stakeholder feedback to identify trends and recommend process improvements that increase value delivery and adoption. Partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to sustain standard processes and support program evolution. 

Minimum Requirements

Experience: 

  • 3+ years of experience in program coordination, governance, business analysis, system administration, or related corporate environments. 
  • Experience supporting project portfolio management (PPM) systems, including reporting, user administration, and data quality management. 
  • Experience creating stakeholder communications, training materials, or executive-level presentations. 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and collaboration platforms such as SharePoint and Teams. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience with Clarity or similar PPM platforms. 
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and sprint planning. 
  • Experience with knowledge management tools such as Confluence or ServiceNow. 
  • Understanding of change management and enablement methodologies. 
  • Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency. 

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
