How will you fit in the big picture?
As Analyst, Sales Services, you will help deliver accurate, efficient sales incentive and fleet programs across Mexico, LATAM, and Canada. This is an opportunity to combine analytics, customer support, vendor coordination, and process improvement while partnering across functions and geographies.
What will you do?
- Administer, evaluate, calculate, and analyse sales incentive programmes and quarterly contests for the LATAM sales organisation, ensuring accurate execution, performance tracking, and alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain planning and forecast databases for incentive programmes and contests, supporting budget analysis, cost control, savings opportunities, and data-driven process improvements.
- Manage key Canada fleet activities, including insurance renewals, lease records and invoicing, vehicle deliveries and returns, maintenance approvals, acquisitions, and communication of fleet policies and procedures.
- Maintain fleet expense planning and forecasting data, monitor budget performance, and recommend expense and operational improvements.
- Provide onboarding and process training, serve as backup support for US and Mexico fleet operations, and strengthen reporting, automation, and analysis across fleet, incentives, and budget management.
Minimum Requirements
Experience:
- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and macros.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP; SuccessFactors, Power BI, or similar platforms are desirable.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across functions.
- Advanced English proficiency, including business conversations.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
