How will you fit in the big picture?
Based in Mexico and reporting to the FP&A and Controller Manager, this role is a senior FP&A business partner to Commercial, Marketing and Demand. You will connect commercial strategy and business drivers with Net Sales, Gross Profit and operating income, turning complex performance data into clear insights and recommendations that support profitable growth.
What will you do?
• Lead monthly performance reviews, explaining results versus Plan, Latest Estimate and prior year through price, volume, mix, customer, channel and portfolio drivers.
• Develop commercial inputs for forecasts, AOP and scenarios; quantify risks and opportunities and track actions, owners and mitigation levers.
• Own customer, channel, brand, SKU and portfolio profitability analysis, including VCM, G2N, trade terms, cost-to-serve and margin contribution.
• Create concise leadership narratives and recommendations for business reviews and commercial forums.
• Evaluate pricing, promotions, innovation, distribution and portfolio initiatives through financial cases, KPIs and post-evaluations.
• Partner across Commercial, Marketing, Demand, Planning and Supply Chain Finance to improve decisions, execution and profitable growth.
Minimum Requirements
Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, commercial finance, revenue growth management, controlling, business performance, customer profitability or related analytical roles. Experience with planning cycles, performance reviews, variance analysis, forecasting, financial modelling and cross-functional business partnering is preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
Skills and capabilities: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; strong commercial acumen, analytical rigour, executive communication and financial storytelling. Power BI, SAP dashboards, automation or data visualisation experience is desirable. Professional English is required.
