Position title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Latam
Reports to: TA Mgr Latam

Location: Guadalajara or Monterrey
Role overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for leading the entire recruitment cycle for entry, plain and senior specialist positions cross cluster, ensuring the attraction, evaluation, and hiring of exceptional talent that contributes to the success and growth of the organization. The specialist must have in-depth knowledge of the Mexican labor market, comprehensive headhunting skills, and a focus on the candidate experience, evaluation metrics, and process.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department leaders and hiring managers to thoroughly understand talent needs, job profiles, and specific requirements for each position of trust.
- Develop and execute innovative and effective recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates, using a variety of sources (databases, professional networks, job fairs, social media, etc.).
- Stay up to date on labor market trends, best recruitment practices, and compensation for positions of trust in Mexico.
- Design and implement rigorous and effective selection processes, including competency-based interviews, technical assessments, psychometric tests, and background checks.
- Present shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers, providing detailed analysis and recommendations.

Process Management:
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) efficiently, ensuring that information is up to date and accurate.
- Coordinate end to end the recruitment and selection process with candidates and hiring manager cross region
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage the offer process, salary negotiation, and initial onboarding in collaboration with the Compensation and Benefits department.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Application of psychometrics according to the criteria and profile of the vacancy. Knowledge and use of Success Factors, Eightfold, MS Office, Power Bi.Traceability and monitoring of KPIs on dashboards.
- Stakeholding management,
- Intermediate-high level of conversational English and Portuguese

Experience:
2-5 years of experience
Education:
Psychology, Human Resources, International Business, International Relations, Business Administration, Communication.
