3. Prepare Payroll Documentation The Associate organizes and files payroll forms, timekeeping files, and required documents. The role ensures materials follow documentation standards. This supports audit readiness and reference accessibility.
4. Support Compliance Activities The role applies basic payroll legislation and policy requirements to assigned tasks. It identifies missing information and routes updates to senior team members. These activities maintain procedural accuracy.
