What will you do?
- Lead strategic manufacturing initiatives that improve safety, quality, cost, and operational performance across multiple locations
- Oversee multi-site production and maintenance operations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and efficiency
- Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership to support resource allocation and long-term planning
- Diagnose and resolve complex operational challenges, implementing scalable process improvements
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, supply chain, quality, and maintenance teams
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Champion innovation and modernization across the manufacturing lifecycle
Minimum Education & Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical field preferred
- Minimum 7 years of relevant manufacturing operations experience
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale or multi-site manufacturing initiatives
- Strong background in process engineering, production optimization, and operational leadership
Additional Qualifications
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
- Experience with quality systems, regulatory requirements, and safety standards in manufacturing
- Strong project management and change leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
