The AEM Administrator will be responsible for technical administration and management of AEM. This role provides leadership, direction and coordinating with AEM Technical leads and developers. This position will possess thorough knowledge of web content authoring, production configuration, publishing, site architecture and integration with the web. Reporting to the UX Team Lead, you will serve on a cross-functional team with Websites UX and content strategist, development and testing teams to fulfill business requirements and accomplish marketing and communication objectives.

The role with design efficient content models, components, and templates, and be comfortable working with debugging tools, inspectors, etc. to maintain a stable, scalable AEM structure. Strong knowledge and understanding of AEM: Adobe Experience Manager/Marketing Cloud/Experience Cloud is required. Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to project management and execution.


Specific Core Responsibilities Include: 
·Maintaining templates, components, and modules required to build site pages for efficiency, readability, and reuse
·Publishing and direct QA of all pages to discover capability gaps, define the problem statement, evaluate solution options and makes recommendations
·Oversee the daily management, monitoring, and maintenance of the websites, including but not limited to:
-Integrate and optimize backgrounds, images, video, SEO metadata, and tagging in adherence to best practices and stakeholder requirements.
-Conduct periodic content audits to ensure website quality and efficiency
-Create testing scripts, conduct regular test plans, and manage technical resolutions for resolution
-Develop workflow and processes
-Collaborate with all internal and external team members (designers, product owners, marketing and content teams) to ensure appropriate website content aligns to the overall business strategy
·Management of the content on multiple environments (pre-prod, stage), troubleshoot and deliver any CMS changes 
·Oversee AEM component library system and train authors on proper methodologies to support stable, scalable, replicable systems across the enterprise

Knowledge and Requirements:

•Bachelor of Science Degree required
•3+ years with Adobe Experience Manager and experience with developing templates
•Should have strong development experience in front end technologies like JSP, HTML, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and JQuery
•Hands-on experience AEM implementation, upgrades & migrations
•Experienced on AEM administration activities like packaging and deployments with Maven and Jenkins, using core frameworks such as Apache Sling, Dispatcher and CDN Caching, Release management, and Performance testing 
•Experience with AEM DAM and Workflows, thorough knowledge with implementing Web Content Authoring, Production, Configuration, Publishing, site architecture
•Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional team 
•Background in Digital and eCommerce for consumer services
