Summary of Role:

The HR Data & Org Management Specialist is responsible for ensuring high-quality HR data management while driving data-informed decision making through advanced analysis, reporting, and self-service enablement. This role owns end-to-end organizational design processes, including scenario modeling and execution of organizational events across systems such as SuccessFactors and OrgVue. The position plays a critical role in enhancing data integrity, workforce insights, and scalable HR operations

 

 

 

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Own complex HR data management and resolution of data issues, applying an agile, continuous improvement mindset to drive root cause analysis and advance data governance standards that ensure accuracy, compliance, and scalability across systems—even in ambiguous or evolving scenarios.
  2. Lead end-to-end organization design and restructuring activities, leveraging an agile approach to scenario modeling and execution of org events within SuccessFactors and OrgVue, confidently navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing business priorities.
  3. Develop, automate, and deliver dashboards and reports, continuously improving analytics capabilities and incorporating AI-curious approaches to surface deeper, forward-looking workforce insights that enable faster, data-driven decision-making.
  4. Enable and promote HR data self-service, designing intuitive tools, reporting solutions, and user guidance with a continuous improvement lens to drive adoption, reduce manual dependencies, and evolve solutions based on user feedback and emerging needs.
  5. Support automation and digitalization initiatives, proactively identifying opportunities to streamline HR data processes through agile experimentation, AI-enabled solutions, and optimization of system-driven workflows, while effectively managing ambiguity and shifting priorities.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

  • Education –
    • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience –
    • Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably SuccessFactors and OrgVue
    • Strong analytical and reporting capability (Excel, BI tools)
    • Experience managing organizational design or workforce planning processes
    • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
