Summary of Role:

The Analyst, SRGM Capabilities role will have project responsibility to help assist the SRGM capabilities team develop the future technology roadmap. The role will be a partner in the creation of dashboards for price tracking, post event analysis and promotional compliance with guardrails and guidelines.  The analyst will also assist the Senior Manager with change-management for the 2027 promotional planning process and will assist the SRGM trade strategy team in analyzing trade strategy in analyzing trade promotional ROIs and trade optimization recommendations. This is an exciting opportunity within Hershey’s best-in-class, Strategic Revenue Growth Management function.

 

This position requires familiarity with dashboarding visualization tools (PBI not required). The position also requires familiarity with third party syndicated tools like Circana or SPINS. The analyst should have the initiative and drive to learn how the Strategic Revenue Management department works at Hershey as well as how the department interacts with cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate would also have strong organizational skills to be able to manage multiple tasks and be able to provide visualizations to turn data into actionable information. 

 

 

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Partners on the development of dashboard on price tracking, post event analysis and trade promotion compliance
  • Assists the Senior Manager, SRGM Capabilities with the future technological roadmap for the department
  • Assist the Senior Manager, SRGM Capabilities on the new 2027 promotional planning project and the change management of the process with our A.I. optimization tool
  • Partner with Information Technology team at Hershey to facilitate the maintenance of SRGM technology projects.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); ability to learn new systems 

 

 

 

 

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

  • Education –
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration or Equivalent
  • Experience –
    • Relevant experience or completion of Marketing Analytics or other high-level Analytics course.
