Accountabilities
1. Execute Routine and Semi?Complex Analytical and Microbiological Testing Performs defined analytical and microbiological tests, including environmental monitoring, allergen verification, and product micro testing, using established methods. These tests provide evidence that processes, materials, and finished goods satisfy required quality and safety criteria. Reviews results against limits, identifies out?of?specification findings, and communicates issues to SMEs and operations contacts for further evaluation. 2. Perform Recurring QA and Process Verification Activities Conducts sampling, specification checks, in?process verifications, and basic product performance reviews for assigned processes or lines. These verifications confirm that standards are consistently met and help detect trends that may indicate process drift. Summarizes results and shares findings with supervisors or cross?functional partners, supporting timely corrective action when needed. 3. Monitor Food Safety Programs and Contribute to Hazard Identification Executes scheduled hygiene checks, sanitation effectiveness verifications, and key food safety monitoring activities such as allergen control checks and environmental swabbing. These activities confirm that preventive controls and prerequisite programs remain effective. Provides observations and data that SMEs use to identify potential hazards and refine food safety plans. 4. Contribute to Incident Investigation Through Data Consolidation and Preliminary Analysis Compiles test data, process records, and operational observations when food safety or quality incidents occur. Performs preliminary analysis within defined guidelines to highlight patterns or potential contributing factors. Presents summarized information to SMEs and leaders to support structured root?cause analysis and corrective action planning. 5. Maintain Comprehensive QA, Food Safety, and Lab Records and Share Insights Records all QA checks, food safety verifications, and laboratory results in the required systems, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Organizes and updates records so that data can be easily accessed for audits, regulatory reviews, and trend monitoring. Uses compiled data to highlight simple trends or recurring issues to supervisors and cross?functional partners.
