It applies planning tools and standards to manage project progress. This ownership helps streamline execution and reduce cross?team gaps. 3. Analyze Customer Data and Market Trends The role independently conducts analysis to anticipate customer behavior and identify opportunities. It synthesizes data to support scenario planning and performance interpretation. These insights inform tactical improvements and customer planning strategies. 4. Collaborate Across Functions to Align Planning Activities The role works with Sales, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure consistent inputs and expectations. It clarifies assumptions and helps translate customer priorities into operational plans. This collaboration improves accuracy and reduces rework. 5. Apply Specialized Expertise to Drive Process Improvements The role evaluates planning workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements.
