The position interprets regulatory developments and updates risk procedures accordingly. It contributes to audits, approvals, and compliance documentation to support operational integrity.

Accountabilities

1. Execute Risk Identification & Assessment Activities
This responsibility involves conducting structured risk assessments and analyzing vulnerabilities, including data privacy risks. It evaluates likelihood and impact scenarios. The role ensures outputs inform corrective actions and mitigation plans.
2. Implement Risk Mitigation Processes & Controls
This responsibility includes developing and applying processes to track, report, and reduce identified risks. It ensures procedural adherence and documents results for internal stakeholders. The role supports refinement of risk controls based on trends and findings.
3. Monitor Regulatory Changes & Update Documentation
This responsibility involves reviewing regulatory developments and evaluating their operational impact. It updates procedural documents to reflect current expectations. The role ensures documentation is communicated effectively to relevant teams.
4. Conduct Audits & Compliance 
Reviews
This responsibility includes performing audits to verify adherence to internal and external compliance standards. It investigates issues and documents required corrective actions. The role ensures deficiencies are addressed and monitored for resolution.
5. Support Licensing, Approvals & Training Compliance
