Key Accountabilities:
- Analyze Strategic Challenges and Opportunities: Conduct comprehensive research and rigorous analysis to identify critical issues and growth opportunities, applying structured problem-solving methodologies to evaluate market trends and operational drivers. Present findings in a manner that informs strategic prioritization and decision-making.
- Support Business Model Innovation and Growth Initiatives: Assist in evaluating and refining innovative business models by performing detailed financial, market, and operational analyses. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall strategic objectives and feasibility considerations.
- Manage Cross-Functional Project Deliverables: Take ownership of assigned project components, coordinating inputs from diverse teams, maintaining thorough documentation, and proactively identifying risks or barriers. Ensure delivery of high-quality outputs that advance project goals.
- Monitor Market and Commercial Intelligence: Continuously track and interpret industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to assigned domains. Translate market insights into actionable intelligence that supports strategic decisions and planning.
- Evaluate Strategic Partnerships and Investment Opportunities: Support the assessment of potential partnerships, innovation programs, and investment options by compiling relevant data, conducting preliminary financial and risk analyses, and preparing clear, comprehensive summaries for senior leadership consideration.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Develop well-structured presentations, analytical models, and reports to communicate findings effectively.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of strategic efforts.
- Contribute to larger enterprise-wide initiatives by managing detailed tasks within defined workstreams.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and rigorous business analysis.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong proficiency in organizing complex information and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation development.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and drive consensus.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Minimum Education & Requirements
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in management consulting, business operations, enterprise strategy, or leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives.
- Experience at prestigious consulting firms such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Big Four accounting firms, or equivalent high-caliber professional environments is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of success in rigorous problem-solving roles within demanding and dynamic settings.
- A commitment to professional development and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.
