How will you fit into the big picture?
This role applies specialized expertise to support digital transformation initiatives that enhance business performance, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness. It executes project work and analytical activities that span multiple functions (including IS, Finance, Human Resources, and Commercial functions), using structured problem-solving and technology-enabled approaches to address business challenges. The role evaluates emerging technologies, process improvement opportunities, and industry trends while contributing insights that inform business planning and transformation strategies. It collaborates across functions to support digital capabilities, change initiatives, and investment recommendations that create long-term value.
What will you do?
Support Digital Transformation Initiatives
The role contributes to digital transformation initiatives that improve business performance, efficiency, and organizational effectiveness. It supports project planning, execution, and adoption activities while partnering with stakeholders across multiple functions. It applies structured approaches to help deliver solutions that align with business priorities and transformation objectives.
Analyze Business Processes and Identify Improvement Opportunities
The role evaluates business processes, operational performance, and user needs to identify opportunities for optimization and digital enablement. It gathers and analyzes data, assesses current-state workflows, and develops insights that support process improvements and scalable solutions. It translates findings into actionable recommendations for business partners.
Execute Cross-Functional Digital Projects
The role manages assigned project activities, timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams. It coordinates stakeholder inputs, maintains project documentation, monitors progress, and escalates risks when necessary. It ensures project work products meet quality standards and support intended business outcomes. This role also supports digital transformation initiatives by helping define, track, and communicate business value realization.
Evaluate Emerging Technologies and Digital Solutions
The role researches emerging technologies, automation opportunities, analytics capabilities, and digital trends relevant to the business. It assesses potential applications, benefits, risks, and implementation considerations. It contributes recommendations that support innovation, capability development, and long-term business value.
Support Data-Driven Decision Making and Change Adoption
The role develops analyses, dashboards, presentations, and progress reporting that enable informed decision making. It helps establish performance measures and monitors adoption of digital capabilities and new ways of working. It collaborates with stakeholders to communicate project benefits, support organizational change, and drive sustained business impact.
Minimum Education & Requirements
3+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, Business Strategy, Technology, Analytics, Process Improvement, Operations, Project Management, Management Consulting, or related fields.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Analytics, or related field preferred.
