What will you do?
- Conduct high-impact analyses across internal and external data sources to identify business opportunities and risks.
- Generate insights and strategic implications that support enterprise decision-making.
- Apply structured problem-solving to identify key business drivers and priorities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and business leaders to inform strategic recommendations.
- Communicate findings through concise, compelling storytelling and executive-ready presentations.
- Support strategic projects that advance Hershey’s growth agenda.
Minimum Education & Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in strategy, management consulting, consumer packaged goods, finance, marketing, sales, or related business functions.
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of market research methodologies and syndicated data sources such as Nielsen or Circana/IRI.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven recommendations and clear communication.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- MBA or equivalent marketplace experience preferred.
