Associate Project Manager - In- House Agency
Location: Hershey, PA
Summary:
Responsible for the managing, planning, and overseeing of in-house creative agency projects (primarily advertising and promotional development) by partnering with various cross-functional groups to support business priorities.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and communicating creative timelines (in cooperation with creative and production teams)
• Manage creative leadership approval process through running internal creative review meetings
• Ensure creatives have necessary specs and assets
• Ship assets to traffic team
• Maintain team deliverable calendar
• Schedule briefings and creative reviews
• Onboard freelancers, managing freelancer payments, and maintaining freelancer budget
• Managing files (e.g. filing briefs and searching through past creative that can be re-used)
• Assisting with broader agency leadership team calendars as needed
• Shared responsibilities with manager (Account lead): run weekly creative status meetings, ensure creatives are clear on leadership/marketer feedback, ensure marketers are getting necessary approvals, communicate timeline changes to marketers, gather submissions for “Creative Council” and compile pre-read, gather workload for team capacity tracking.
• Provide backup project management support to peer (Design Project Management) when needed
• General Project Management responsibilities:
• Project management process expert – owns project execution, including project initiation, project type & tier identification, and knowledge of applicable project processes
• Provide a critical leadership role in ensuring the successful development and execution of projects
• Partners with Marketing leads to facilitate key decision making, remove roadblocks and outline risks to drive the projects forward through the creative process
• Actively manages schedule, scope, resources, and budget
• Utilizes information provided by the Core Team members to integrate it into creative development
• In partnership with the Marketing, actively manages risk
• Develops and evaluates alternatives
• Proactively identifies and engages project stakeholders

Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor's degree required
· 2-4+ years of project management experience
· Some experience with creative development (e.g. advertising/design) and/or CPG preferred
