Job Title: Coordinator, Global Licensing

Summary:
The Coordinator, Global Licensing is responsible for effectively administering certain phases of the internal development of Licensed Products for our external licensee partners. This position will be a power user of our Brand Comply software system and will play a key role in ensuring timely routing and review of partner submissions.
The position is directly responsible for the coordination of food licensing projects through all phases of the internal review processes (brand and legal approvals, TMs clearances, contract administration).
The role is directly responsible for the development and management of creative art assets (style guides, look books, etc.), and will be responsible for developing and maintaining a database of approved Licensed Products to include a system used to maintain and track product samples.
This position will provide additional support to all Associate Managers within Global Licensing, as needed, to advance projects (US and Global) based on business needs.
Major Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manages new and existing licensed product approval process, including product concepts, design, packaging, and marketing materials.
- Manages feedback and communication primarily through our Brand Comply system with external licensing partners to ensure packaging, marketing materials, and external facing communications are aligned with our Brand equities and business plans.
- Direct engagement within our Brand Comply software system to include, regular reporting needs, invoice generation, and forecast submissions.
- Report generation as needed.
- Manages contract management administration for Global Licensing legal documentation (contracts, amendments, renewals, termination notices)
- Development of creative briefs and management of creative art asset creation and approvals for Licensing style guides look books, and seasonal graphic packages.
- Development and ongoing maintenance of a database to include approved Licensed product images and samples.
- Miscellaneous project support to all Associate Managers
Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities:
- Understanding of Licensing business tactics
- Ability to move fast and adhere to Hershey’s committed timelines
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong understanding of brands and how to apply their equity outside of the traditional applications
- Overall business knowledge and holistic project management approach
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects, exercise judgment and make independent decisions
- Very Strong verbal and written communicator to wide breadth of audiences
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (predominately Excel and Word)
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree Required.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of combined marketing, trademark management, graphic design, packaging, licensing, and merchandise development.
- Experience in CPG industry is a plus.
