HR Project Manager

Summary of Role:
A strategic HR Project Manager who leads complex, enterprise‑scale HR initiatives by integrating AI‑driven solutions, digital transformation, and disciplined project delivery. This role partners closely with HR leadership, COEs, Technology, and business stakeholders to modernize HR services, enhance employee experience, and enable data‑driven decision‑making across the HR ecosystem.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead cross‑functional HR programs from initiation through sustainment, managing scope, timeline, budget, risks, and dependencies.
- Directly lead, mentor, and develop project team members, fostering accountability, psychological safety, and high performance.
- Embed AI and automation into project management schemas (planning, intake, reporting, risk management, and governance) to reduce waste and enhance delivery efficiency.
- Embed AI strategies into HR initiatives, including automation, intelligent workflows, AI‑assisted content, skills intelligence, and predictive insights.
- Partner with HRSD, HRIS, IT, and COEs to implement scalable solutions across platforms such as ServiceNow and SuccessFactors.
- Establish clear governance, reporting, and success metrics to ensure transparency, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
- Lead change and adoption strategies, ensuring AI‑enabled solutions are understood, trusted, and effectively used by HR teams and employees.

- Transformation Leadership: Proven ability to manage ambiguity, influence without authority, and deliver outcomes in complex, matrixed environments
- Strategic Project Execution: Advanced ability in translating vision into actionable plans while maintaining rigor through governance and controls.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Builds credibility and trust across HRLT, COEs, and enterprise partners through clear communication and results
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills
- Working knowledge of core HR functions (HRSD, Talent, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, Learning, Job Architecture) and how they integrate across the employee lifecycle.
- Expertise in project, program, and change management practices used in enterprise transformation environments.
- Knowledge of AI‑enabled HR capabilities including workflow automation, skills intelligence, analytics, and AI‑assisted content embedded within HR platforms
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
- Passion for talent, inclusion, and delivering exceptional service.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
- Education –
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience –
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in a matrixed or COE-aligned environment
