Manager, Human Resources Business Partner
Human Resources Business Partner
Position Location: Hershey, PA (hybrid schedule)
Pay Level: 2B
The Human Resources (HR) Manager provides primary HR business partner support for The Hershey Company’s Marketing, R&D, and Marketing COE organizations and leadership. While the HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for working with these groups, as part of a larger, flexible team of business partners, the HRBP may, as business needs mandate, support other organizational areas or projects.
The HRBP’s role is to build the leadership capability, organizational capability and culture that enables Hershey to achieve its objectives. This is accomplished by focusing on the delivery of core HR programs and processes (e.g. talent segmentation/planning, performance management, employee engagement), executing new organizational development projects (e.g. training & development programs, M&A integration, organizational design), and providing coaching and advice to Sr. Leaders. Additionally, the HRBP will engage in employee relations efforts by investigating potential violations of company policy and helping to manage sensitive employee situations (e.g. employee separations) in partnership with our HR COEs.
The HRBP will leverage data and insights to identify opportunities by assessing needs, translating the needs into requirements for the right solutions, and working with the Director HR US Commercial to prioritize strategic projects.
