How will you fit in the big picture?
Reporting to the Associate Director SG&A Finance, you will lead a team of three Analysts to shape, build, and deliver the SG&A plan for the Commercial and Technology functions. As a subject matter expert on SG&A cost drivers, you will help functional leaders understand their spend and the levers available to manage evolving priorities across a global scope and an approximately $800M budget.
What will you do?
- Develop and apply SG&A planning principles, establish targets, deploy planning templates, resolve variances, and guide prioritization of the most impactful initiatives.
- Drive the SG&A Smart Spend Program to identify and deliver savings while strengthening functional ownership of final plan submissions.
- Lead quarterly forecasts and monthly Risk & Opportunity updates; analyze year-to-date variances and run rates, and constructively challenge inputs to support a balanced outlook.
- Review and approve accruals during close, perform root-cause variance analysis, and update and distribute Functional SG&A dashboards in Power BI.
- Lead, coach, and develop three Analysts by clarifying roles, setting goals, improving processes, and enabling independent stakeholder partnership.
Minimum Education & Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, including financial planning, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and financial modeling. Experience leading or coaching team members and partnering with functional leaders is strongly valued.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA and/or CPA preferred.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; knowledge of SAP and business intelligence systems such as Power BI or Tableau; clear communication, constructive challenge, and collaborative leadership skills.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $116,080 to $145,100 per year. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of job‑related factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skill set, education, and training. In addition to a market-competitive base salary, our Total Rewards package includes performance‑based incentives and a comprehensive, competitive benefits package designed to support overall physical, mental, and financial well‑being (as applicable).
