The Manager, Talent Acquisition will lead all recruitment efforts for Supply Chain and Manufacturing professional (US & Canada) and recruitment and Chocolate World (HSY) as well as the developing and driving the strategy for hourly US and Canada Manufacturing.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

1.  Provide strategic oversight to ensure execution of full lifecycle recruitment for all salaried and hourly roles.  Ensure full pipeline of candidates for open and future critical roles. 

2.  Develop and manage a high performing team of recruiters; Ensure team is meeting and exceeding key recruitment metrics. 

3.  Manage and lead the Labor Planning Forecast for US and Canada manufacturing facilities to plan talent needs of hourly plant labor across 9+ facilities.

4.  Provide subject matter expertise on marketplace trends, talent availability, and analysis of competitors. Lead team in identifying and interpreting external market trends to drive overall talent strategies.

5.  Partner with COE’s to understand current talent and diversity gaps across client groups and develop customized attraction and engagement strategies to organize sourcing efforts.  

 

 

 

Working with Key Stakeholders

1.  Build and maintain partnerships with business leaders to ensure Talent Acquisition function is meeting business needs through advising leaders on recruiting solutions, policies, and procedures.

2.  Partner with business leaders across functions to review and understand short and long-term strategy, identify trends, and develop plan, encompassing both internal moves and external recruitment.    

 

 

 

Experiences and Education

1.  HR technical expertise, specifically up-to-date knowledge about the Talent Acquisition function to include sourcing, full cycle recruitment, labor market data, trends and technology. 

2.  Internal Consulting Expertise - Provides leadership, consultative guidance and support to the business related to Talent Acquisition. Able to identify and addresses the critical needs of the business, including identification of future opportunities.
