The Manager, Carrier Services plays a critical leadership role in overseeing the end-to-end service delivery for Carrier Services, working closely with third-party logistics partners to ensure seamless operational execution. This role is responsible for managing logistics accessorials, carrier claims, and customer returns/transfers, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions. The Manager acts as the enterprise point of contact for all carrier services and drives process improvements by leveraging global templates and innovative solutions. Success in this role requires strong collaboration, performance management, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Accountabilities

  • Lead service delivery for Carrier Services, coordinating with third-party partners to manage logistics accessorials, customer payment deductions, and carrier claims.​
  • Oversee the processing and payment of logistics carrier claims, as well as customer product returns, transfers, and related invoicing (credits/debits).​
  • Ensure third-party service level agreements (SLAs) and joint metrics are consistently met or exceeded, resolving escalated operational issues.​
  • Drive continuous improvement by implementing enterprise global process templates and adopting innovative practices in collaboration with third-party providers.​
  • Serve as the primary enterprise point of contact for all carrier service-related matters provided by third-party partners.
  • Scope includes overseeing financial accuracy in deductions, claims, credits, and debits associated with carrier services.​
  • Responsible for driving alignment and integration of carrier service operations with broader organizational goals and performance metrics.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills for overseeing complex, multi-functional logistics initiatives.​
  • Expertise in performance measurement, dashboard design, and data analytics for continuous process improvement.​
  • Advanced understanding of technology platforms, automation, and AI in a global business environment.​
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across HR, IT, and business functions to drive capability building.​
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in diverse, cross-cultural settings.

Minimum Education & Requirements

  • Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience ​
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
