How will you fit in the big picture?
This role issues and influencing cross-functional teams. The role manages specialized alliance responsibilities, drives improvements in shared manufacturing capabilities, and supports joint ventures involving innovation and risk mitigation. It applies advanced subject matter expertise to evaluate multifaceted problems across organizations and recommend operational solutions. the SME frequently acts as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders.
What will you do?
- Lead Alliance Manufacturing Improvement Initiatives The role identifies and drives improvements across shared production processes with cross-company implications. It evaluates complex operational challenges and develops recommendations that influence broader strategic alignment across partners.
- Optimize Shared Logistics and Procurement Systems The role reviews partner logistics flows and identifies systemic enhancements to improve efficiency. It proposes procurement strategies that leverage shared scale and reduce total system costs, yielding measurable performance improvements across the supply chain.
- Resolve Complex Partnership Issues The role manages cross-partner challenges involving technology sharing, resource access, or operational alignment. It evaluates risks, negotiates changes to mitigate concerns, and develops solutions that strengthen trust and support long-term collaboration.
- Contribute to Strategic Partnership Design The role supports high-impact workstreams related to supply continuity, risk mitigation, and value creation. It leads components of joint venture planning and execution, contributing to innovation across the alliance ecosystem.
- Facilitate Knowledge Sharing and Best Practice Transfer The role promotes the exchange of technical expertise and operational best practices across alliance partners. It identifies opportunities for capability development and coordinates initiatives that enhance mutual value and strengthen partnership effectiveness.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $126,720 to $158,400 per year. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of job‑related factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skill set, education, and training. In addition to a market-competitive base salary, our Total Rewards package includes performance‑based incentives and a comprehensive, competitive benefits package designed to support overall physical, mental, and financial well‑being (as applicable).
