- Point of contact for scheduled meetings, events, and birthday parties
- Greet guests upon arrival and always provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate group and events within the facility and organize group activities across divisional levels to ensure a seamless experience
- Execute all external group and events in collaboration with each cross-functional department
- Ensure day-of-bookings are prepared and set up in advance to executes a flawless experience
- Engage with guests and resolve issues that arise
- Participate in the set up and tear-down of each event
- Collaborate with the Ticketing and Attractions team to ensure preparation for scheduled groups
- Work closely with the Group Sales team to execute group itineraries
- Communicate itinerary changes to each Attraction team
- Excellent verbal and written communications and customer service skills
- Must be comfortable with public speaking
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to interact with all levels of people
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to work with large crowds in a fast-paced environment
- Must be comfortable handling money transactions
- Ability to react quickly and remain calm in special/crisis situations
- Ability to tolerate repetitive motion of the hands, fingers, and wrists when keyboarding
- Must be approachable, showing that our guests are our priority
- Must initiate contact with our guests by being courteous and greeting them with a smile
- Must be willing to listen to our guests and provide for their needs
- Must provide a genuine Thank You to every guest
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required
- Experience: 1 year of customer service experience is preferred but not required
