Part-Time Retail Replenishment Attendant - Hershey's Chocolate World $14+

Job Location: Hershey, PA

Hourly Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour or more based on experience

Minimum Age: 16 years of age or older

Availability: Requires availability to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts 

Retail Replenishment Attendants are responsible for restocking our retail floor to ensure adequate inventory for the remainder of the operating day. They must be able to use retail inventory reports to determine min and max amounts. Retail Replenishment Attendants are responsible for using the RF devices to scan retail merchandise bar codes and move retail inventory from the Warehouse to the retail floor. In addition to restocking and inventory, they will assist guests with questions related to retail products, operate a cash register as needed, and maintain a clean work area.  The required skills will be learned primarily through on–the-job training.

This is a part-time position located in Hershey, Pennsylvania. The company will not provide relocation assistance or other employment benefits for this position. Candidates must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.  Additional hours may be available Monday through Thursday as needed. There are a limited number of weekday daytime shifts available during non-peak seasons. This position has a starting hourly rate of $14.00 or more based on relevant experience.

Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities: 

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Must be able to operate a cash register
• Must be able to use retail systems/reports to determine retail inventory
• Must maintain a neat appearance and meet the uniform standards
• Must have customer service skills and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership/ability to take initiative
• General retail knowledge
• Must be able to walk or stand for 5-8 hours
• Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry 25-50 lbs with the possibility of overhead lifting
• Requires bending, stooping, and twisting
• There is repetitive motion of the hands/fingers/wrists
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and fellow coworkers and function effectively as part of a team
• Must have basic math skills (adding and subtracting)
• Must be able to read, write and speak English proficiently

Education: No formal education is required

Experience: Retail experience is preferred but not required
