Part-Time Systems Coordinator - Hershey's Chocolate World $19+

Job Location:  Hershey, PA

Hourly Pay Rate:  $19.00 or more based on experience

Summary of Major Duties/Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain Point of Sale systems (software, hardware, credit cards, network) as directed.
• Provide PC, hardware, and user support for retail, food, and attraction operations.
• Troubleshoot issues, coordinate vendor service, follow up, and manage ServiceNow tickets.
• Inspect IT issues on Retail Floor & Attractions daily and at shift start.
• Update documentation regularly for accuracy.
• Maintain and organize Network Closets & IT spaces, including cabling, labeling, and inventory.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for Successful Performance of Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrates leadership qualities and a willingness to take initiative
• Exhibits strong problem-solving abilities
• Maintains a high level of attention to detail
• Capable of working independently and juggling multiple assignments effectively
• Possesses knowledge of PC hardware and network systems
• Has in-depth experience with Office 365 and Microsoft Teams
• Is familiar with Windows 11 Enterprise operations
• Holding a CompTIA A+ or Google IT Support certification is advantageous
• Experience with ServiceNow is considered beneficial
• Communicates clearly with guests and colleagues and collaborates well within a team environment
• Must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: 

Education: 

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required. 
• Associates degree in Information Systems or 2 years of IT college level courses is preferred but not required.

Experience: 

• 1-2 years of pc support and/or networking experience is preferred.
