A Senior Analyst, Enterprise and M&A Strategy is both a strategic and analytical thinker to support and serve as a thought partner to the assigned client group to deliver key insights, challenges, and strategies of the business. Senior Analysts manage key analyses to generate insights and infer important business implications to further the Leading Snacking Powerhouse mission.
The Senior Analyst will drive direction and add value through more robust insights and deeply consultative engagement with key leadership and decision makers. They will effectively communicate strategy recommendations with clear, concise storytelling. They will build their recommendations by synthesizing and analyzing multiple internal and external data sources including point-of-sale, household panel, inventory, shipments, and P&L.


Qualified candidates possess the following :
• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or equivalent marketplace experience preferred.
• 5+ years of combined experience at a leading CPG company or strategic consulting firm.
• Background in multiple disciplines with an emphasis on strategy, finance, marketing, and sales.
• Skills in project management, problem-solving, conceptual thinking, qualitative and quantitative analysis, storytelling, financial modeling, and process improvement.
• Familiarity with economic, public financial, and syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen/IRI).
• Fluency with Excel and PowerPoint.
