Summary:

 

The Enterprise Data organization drives value for Hershey by providing high-quality, well governed data to the Enterprise for analytics and decision-making.   

 

The Data Solutions Coach will be part of an agile execution team, working with Hershey business partners, data scientists, technical engineers, data architects, and project managers to ensure training and support standards adhere to Data Literacy best practice and help to deliver rapid impactful benefits.

 

This individual will leverage their strategic mindset and strong communication skills to ensure training is working most efficiently, productively interfacing with the business, and optimizing impact throughout the project lifecycle. They will have experience with adult learning principles and a strong project management background. Using tools and consultative strategies, they will differentiate symptoms of a business challenge from the root-cause. This role will enable alignment, efficiency, and measurable improvements to new and existing programs, processes, and systems strengthening trainings internal workflow and strategic partnership with the business.

 

This role requires corporate training experience, change management knowledge, creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating, and driving execution, and communicating to senior leaders on status, risks, and process/communication changes. Cross-team coordination, project management, executive presentation skills, and written communication skills are essential.

 

 

Minimum Experience Requirements: 

  • 3-5+ years' experience developing and facilitating training programs in a corporate/professional environment
  • 3+ years’ building training programs
  • 3+ years’ experience in a consultation role, preferably in the context of training
  • 3+ years’ experience in a program management role
  • Extensive experience developing end to end training programs to address gaps
  • Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS)
  • Highly motivated, self-starter able to work autonomously and drive the work they own forward effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, ambiguous environment managing multiple projects, priorities, and urgent issues simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate new ideas and concepts to technical and non-technical partners

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience/knowledge of agile frameworks a plus
  • Experience handling onboarding programs
  • Experience handling learning programs including planning, scheduling, project communication, issue resolution

 

 

 

 Minimum Education:

 

  • Bachelor’s - STEM focus preferred but not required
  • Master’s degree preferred in business, project management, training, or a related field preferred
