Senior Analyst - Time Applications

Overview:
The SAP Time Management Senior Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate time tracking and evaluation, payroll processing, and adherence to company policies. You will work closely with end-users, managed services support teams, and business stakeholders to shape and drive daily operational tasks in addition to project delivery plans.
You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Time module to optimize Hershey’s processes in Absence Management and Time Evaluation area. Your deep understanding of SAP Time functionality and HR (Human Resources) best practices will be crucial in delivering successful projects and driving HR transformation.
You will be instrumental in leading key stakeholders in Hershey’s digital journey with your comprehensive knowledge across SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) Solution portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Issue Analysis and Solutions: Analyze SAP production issues and define sustainable solutions.
- Report Requirements: Assist users in defining new report requirements and act as a liaison between the US business and the global BI team.
- Effective Communication: Provide effective communication to stakeholders and support teams.
- Business Partnership: Act as an IT Business Partner to Functional Partners within the Finance (Payroll) and Frontline Operations functions.
- Technical Understanding: Understand technical details, integration, and functions of multiple applications/complex systems.
- Business Process Expertise: Understand multiple complex business processes and serve as a subject matter expert.
- Quality Assurance: Create and execute test scenarios to ensure the quality of deliverables meets business requirements.
- Requirements Articulation: Clearly articulate requirements to technical teams using logical diagrams, use cases, data samples, and anecdotes. Work closely with global business partners on requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation and troubleshooting of SAP positive and negative time tracking, absence management, forecasting and schedules, and labor activities.
- Teamwork: Work independently or as part of a global team delivering SAP Time Management / SAP HXM solutions to our business partners.
- Learning: Leading & Conducting Training in attendance and absence management across Hershey. Much of this will be related to our union and non-union manufacturing facilities.
Skills:
- SAP PA/OM, CATS, Schemas, PCRs, Time Evaluation, Substitutions, Quota Management, and integration with Payroll.
- SAP Time Management integration with Time collection terminals like DormaKABA and/or Kronos devices.
- Data Modeling for SAP Absence Management & Time Evaluation Functional Areas
- ABAP, workflows, APIs, iDocs and FIORI time tracking apps.
- Awareness of Applicable Data Privacy Practices and Laws
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience:
- More than 8 years of functional experience in SAP Time Management
- Working in Union and Non-Unionized manufacturing industry
- Business Process Mapping (As-Is and To-Be Processes)
- Drafting Functional & Technical Specifications
- User Documentation Creation and Training Delivery
- Identifying and Analyzing Business Processes for Improvement
- Liaison Between Business Groups and Support teams
- SuccessFactors and Indeavor (or other labor scheduling applications) knowledge would be a plus.
- Integration knowledge with ADP would be a plus.
Qualifications:
- Education: A relevant degree such as Bachelor’s or University Degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Education, Accounting, Technical, Finance, or Management Information Systems OR equivalent work experience.
- Certifications: Certified in SAP HCM is preferred.
