Senior Analyst Vendor Management
Job Location: Hershey, PA
ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Senior Analyst Vendor Management leads operational activities that select, manage, and oversee third-party IT vendors.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Working with stakeholders to determine requirements for external IT services, overseeing and coordinating contracts, and ensuring compliance with policies
- Designs and implements service level agreements (SLAs) and underpinning contracts for services offered, develops relevant reports for managing and reporting SLA adherence to relevant stakeholders
- Assists with ecosystem of third-party providers, including supply chain health and invoicing/billing procedures, manages quality and security levels, and optimizes for efficiency and costs
- Responds to and manages events using defined processes and behaviors, engages with relevant stakeholders
- Analyzes vendor performance and optimizes all contracts and services for efficiency and cost benefits.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Significant experience developing and reporting on vendor SLAs for optimal vendor performance
- Strong skills in managing vendor relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective technology solutions.
- Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
- Experience in IT financial management and leveraging tools to drive cost optimization.
Experience & Education
- Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; minimum of 3 years of experience
- Significant experience with the IT vendor and asset procurement process.
- Technical aptitude with strong PC literacy skills. Basic knowledge of a IT hardware and software environments.
