The Senior / Associate Manager, Hershey’s Brand Marketing will have responsibility for specific projects and activities in support of our mighty Hershey’s brand, including media, creative, design, and program/innovation activation and tracking. The job requires strategic skills, leadership, and a developed set of marketing and general management skills that can translate into successful short and long-term sales, profit, and share results.
The Senior / Associate Manager, Hershey’s Brand Marketing must be effective at:
· Developing and presenting recommendations to management
· External and internal analytical assessments of the business environment, competitors, customers and market trends, and implications to their business
· Overall business knowledge and holistic general management approach
· Demonstrated leadership skills to drive coordination with other functional areas
· Leading cross-functional teams to commercialize innovation, promotions, design changes, media, etc.)
· Partner with our Sales organization to develop sales communications
· Strong verbal and written communicator to wide breadth of audiences
· Learning agility
Requirements
· At least 3 years of progressive experience in marketing, brand management, or product management in the consumer-packaged goods industry, preferably in a food category
