Summary:

As a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner, you’ll be a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior leadership, shaping people strategies that drive growth and transformation. In this influential role, you’ll champion a holistic approach to talent management, ensuring the organization is equipped for future challenges while fostering a culture of high performance and inclusion. 

You’ll lead initiatives that strengthen workforce planning, build leadership capability, and enhance employee engagement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the talent strategy including business strategy and set HR strategy against business area/initiative​

  • Identify capabilities needed to meet business goals, clarify gaps, build plan to address gaps, implement plans, measure and sustain progress

  • Validate critical skills and roles against business needs, architect successful succession plans and drive a deep bench of talent ​

  • Lead performance calibrations to ensure business delivery, partner on development plans to accelerate employee readiness

  • Implement and monitor talent outcomes, people costs and help deliver the financial forecast.

  • Coach and influence the Executive leaders across the function(s).

  • Diagnose areas inhibiting success, co-create solutions to overcome, coach and support member to drive towards and achieve process

  • Consult, design, implement and execute change management strategy and plan components against business initiatives ​

  • Lead organizational design work to ensure most efficient ways of working, aligned to SG&A budgets

  • Prepare change strategies for enterprise or functional initiatives

 

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • 7+ years of related HR experience, preferably with exposure to global or multi-country operations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). 

  • Talent Expert – Experience in Talent, Performance and Org development ​

  • Strategic problem solving​

  • Commercial judgement + financially capable​

  • Leader Influencer – Trusted advisor + change manager ​

  • Analytics & Technology – Data savvy and tech enthusiast

  • Demonstrated experience scaling support across a large and growing global organization

  • Demonstrated solid judgment experience assessing risk relative to the business

  • Demonstrated learning and leading in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate relationships across teams
