What will you do?
- Lead high-impact strategic initiatives from problem definition through recommendation and execution.
- Partner with senior leaders across the enterprise to shape and advance Hershey’s strategic priorities.
- Conduct complex analyses, develop data-driven insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Support the development and execution of Hershey’s multi-year strategic plan.
- Influence executive decision-making through compelling storytelling, business cases, and leadership presentations.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and serve as a consultative thought partner across the organization.
Minimum Education & Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, consumer packaged goods, commercial, growth, or related business functions.
- Proven experience leading strategic and data-driven recommendations in a complex business environment.
- Strong business acumen with understanding of financial metrics and key business drivers.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience developing executive-level presentations and communicating complex concepts clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- MBA or equivalent marketplace experience preferred.
