Job Overview
This role supports Manufacturing Alliances by executing assigned tasks and recurring processes that contribute to operational alignment across internal teams and external partners. The role focuses on delivering defined outputs that enable effective sharing of technology, equipment, and expertise within established procedures. Working primarily within the function and occasionally cross-functionally, the applies developing knowledge to support production efficiency, quality, and supply continuity. The role builds foundational understanding of alliance operations while operating under guidance from more senior SMEs or leaders.
Accountabilities
1. Support Manufacturing Alliances Operational Activities The role executes assigned tasks and recurring processes that support day-to-day Manufacturing Alliances operations, including coordination with internal teams and external partners. It ensures established procedures for sharing technology, equipment, and technical inputs are followed accurately and consistently. 2. Execute Supply Chain Coordination The role executes assigned coordination tasks that support alignment of logistics, procurement, and material flows between Manufacturing Alliance partners. It ensures accurate information exchange, timely documentation, and adherence to established processes to help maintain supply continuity. 3. Participate in Cost Optimization Workstreams The role supports initiatives that reduce operational costs through economies of scale. It assists with data collection on production processes and identifies small improvements that contribute to broader cost-savings goals across the alliance network. 4. Support Partnership Activities The role contributes to basic tasks that enable joint initiatives, such as documentation and coordination among partner teams. It assists in preparing materials that support market access or risk mitigation efforts to reinforce alignment across the alliance ecosystem. 5. Maintain Documentation and Process Compliance The role ensures accurate documentation of alliance activities and adherence to established processes and standards. It supports reliable outputs that enable production efficiency, quality, and supply continuity while building foundational understanding of alliance operations.
