Accountabilities
What will you do?
- Lead and align multiple manufacturing teams to consistently achieve performance targets across safety, quality, cost, and delivery
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve operational challenges, including equipment issues and supply constraints
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute improvement projects and assess their impact on production
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and compliance
- Develop and coach frontline and mid-level leaders, building a strong pipeline of future talent
Prior Experience
Minimum Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations or a related field, with demonstrated leadership of teams or production areas
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience with continuous improvement and operational excellence methodologies
- Knowledge of manufacturing safety, quality systems, and compliance standards
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage cross-functional collaboration
