Sr Coordinator Support Services
Job Location: 19E - Hershey, PA
Summary;
This person has primary responsibility of completing a wide variety of work orders and facility upkeep.
- Process orders through our CAFM system.
- Requires indoor and outdoor work.
- Responsible, reliable self-starter
- Requires customer interface, customer oriented
- Ability to work off hours as needed
- Assist in set up of events
Responsibilities:
- Completing Work Orders: These tasks pertain to but are not limited to the following:
- Arranging different set-ups in different conference and assembly rooms.
- Assist with snow removal, and salting. Including company vehicles. Seasonal leaf blowing and cleanout. Care of courtyards and pressure washing.
- Perform miscellaneous maintenance tasks and light mechanical work (i.e., changing light bulbs, replace ballasts, clearing roof drains, repair door hardware, small plumbing repairs throughout building).
- Replace ceiling tiles.
- Perform minor patching, caulking, and painting.
- Minor reconfigurations of office and cubicle furniture. Minor office renovations including but not limited to carpeting, cove base, complete office painting.
- Install keyboard trays, mouse trays, etc.
- Employee moves throughout the corporate buildings
- Repair furniture, desks, chairs, etc.
- Hang pictures, whiteboards, bulletin boards and TV monitors.
- Perform daily walk-throughs of the building interior and exterior.
- Furnish required items for file/purging days (i.e., shred bins, dump carts, trash bags).
- Change clocks during time change and monitor batteries
- Ability to purchase and track any needed corporate card purchases in conjunction with department management and record management.
- Ability to comply with all safety protocols for tasks
- Special Events: The support service team helps set-up and support special events within the corporate buildings. Examples of these could be in-house conferences and trainings, company-wide townhalls, outdoor barbecue’s, and team events. Ability to work with various people across the organization and to loop in other critical departments for a successful event.

Completing small capital or expense projects as needed. Identify work to be completed, scope of project, request bids and coordinate tasks. Work closely with Planner Facilities to prioritize work based on needs and available budgets.
- Computer Work: Should be able to respond to emails and phone calls promptly. Update and sign off on work orders within the CAFM system. Use of Microsoft systems.
Qualifications:
- Ability to carry out assigned tasks in a timely manner with minimum supervision.
- Walking/Standing for 5-8 hours.
- Ability to lift up to 50 and 100 lbs. with help, bend, stoop, and kneel in the process of performing all job responsibilities.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and rapidly changing working environment with the ability for making reasonable decisions and multi-tasking.
- Knowledge in general mechanical trades a plus.
- Ability to perform light demo and construction a plus.
- Knowledge of landscaping services and snow removal a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially the ability to work well with and relate to others within the department and at different levels within the organization. This includes various levels of internal and external people.
- Good computer skills, including the ability to use databases, create and sign off work orders, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams Software.
- Licensed power industrial truck (including forklift, pallet lift and delivery truck) operator.
- Possess a valid PA Driver’s License and safe driving record.
- Ability to work from 10ft. ladders.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Come in early or stay late for board meetings, set-ups or special events.
- Able to work well in a matrix environment.
