What will you do?
- Define and maintain architecture strategies, principles, standards, and reference architectures across network, cloud, middleware, and ITSM platforms.
- Develop and manage multi-year technology roadmaps that support modernization initiatives and strategic business priorities.
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture to provide governance and design oversight, ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and architectural standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of architects, fostering collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with business leaders, IS teams, vendors, and external partners to translate requirements into scalable and sustainable technology solutions.
- Evaluate and mitigate technology risks while embedding resiliency, security, and compliance into solution designs.
- Drive architectural decisions that optimize total cost of ownership while balancing business value, performance, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities to improve capability, agility, and overall business outcomes.
Minimum Education & Requirements
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in technology architecture, infrastructure engineering, or related disciplines.
- 4+ years of people leadership experience, including developing and leading technical teams.
- Expertise in enterprise architecture principles across network infrastructure, cloud platforms (private and public), and infrastructure technologies.
- Proven success designing and implementing secure, scalable, and cost-effective technology solutions in large enterprise environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- TOGAF or similar architecture certification.
- Experience with middleware technologies and IT service management platforms, such as ServiceNow.
- Experience operating within ITIL-based environments, including change, incident, and problem management processes.
- Experience working in hybrid delivery models leveraging managed service providers, external vendors, and Global Capability Center resources.
- Experience within consumer packaged goods (CPG) or other large, complex enterprise environments.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $151,600 to $189,500 per year. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of job‑related factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skill set, education, and training. In addition to a market-competitive base salary, our Total Rewards package includes performance‑based incentives and a comprehensive, competitive benefits package designed to support overall physical, mental, and financial well‑being (as applicable).
