How will you fit into the big picture?
What will you do?
- Lead business intelligence strategy, reporting, analytics, and performance measurement for the Auto business.
- Partner with sales, commercial, category, finance, and cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities and drive business performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions that provide visibility to key business metrics.
- Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, insights, risks, and opportunities.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations and concise executive-level presentations.
- Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes, data governance, and analytical capabilities.
- Influence strategic decision-making through fact-based insights and recommendations.
- Lead and develop team members while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Minimum Education & Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in business intelligence, analytics, sales analytics, category management, finance, data science, or related fields.
- Experience building dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting tools.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform data into business insights.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience presenting recommendations and insights to senior leaders.
- Prior people leadership experience preferred.
- Proficiency with business intelligence and analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, or similar platforms.
- Sr Manager level aligns to a minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field required.
- MBA or Master's degree preferred.
